Privacy Policy: Voxaboom
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Beecom Games ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Voxaboom (the "Game") for Android and iOS. The Game is provided at no cost. By using the Game you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Summary
- The Game does not need an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or postal address.
- Your game progress is stored only on your device. We do not run servers that receive your game data.
- The Game uses analytics and attribution services (GameAnalytics, Adjust and the Facebook SDK, provided as part of Voodoo's TinySauce SDK) to understand how the Game is played and to measure our ad campaigns. They may collect device and advertising identifiers and usage data.
- The Game is free and shows ads (for example video ads between levels and optional rewarded ads that give you coins, lives or boosters). Ads are served by Voodoo and its advertising partners, which collect device and advertising identifiers to show, measure and protect ads. Ads are personalised only where you allow it; on iOS only if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- The Game has no in-app purchases. Coins, lives and boosters are earned in the Game.
- The weekly league in the Game is simulated on your device. Other players' names and scores shown there are not real people, and nothing about you is shared with other players.
2. Information stored on your device
The Game saves your progress (levels, stars, coins, boosters, lives, figure album, daily rewards, league standing, tutorial state and settings such as sound, music and vibration) in the Game's private storage on your device. It is not sent to us. Uninstalling the Game deletes it. The Game has no cloud save of its own. If you use your device's backup or device-transfer feature (for example Android backup), your operating system may copy the Game's data together with your other apps; that is handled by your device provider, not by us.
3. Information collection and use
For a better experience, and to improve the Game, the services listed in section 4 may collect the following information from your device:
- device and advertising identifiers: the Google advertising ID (GAID) or Android app set ID, or on iOS the advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking) and the identifier for vendors (IDFV), and identifiers that these services create for your installation of the Game;
- device and connection information: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, network type, IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
- game play and app events: installs and app opens, session start and length, levels started, won and lost, boosters used, tutorial progress, in-game coins earned and spent, and which ad campaign (if any) led to the install;
- ad interactions: which ads were requested, shown, clicked or completed, and the reward given for a rewarded ad;
- diagnostics: errors, crash and performance data.
This information is used to provide and run the Game, to understand how players use it and improve it (for example, which levels are too hard), to show ads in the Game and measure them, to measure and optimise our advertising campaigns, to prevent fraud, and to fix errors. We do not sell your personal information.
Log data
Whenever you use the Game and an error occurs, we may collect data and information on your device (through third-party products) called log data. This log data may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the Game, the time and date of your use of the Game, and other statistics.

These services process data under their own privacy policies:

- Adjust: adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy (requests: [email protected])
- Facebook (Meta): facebook.com/about/privacy
- Advertising partners: each ad network that Voodoo uses to fill ad requests processes data under its own privacy policy. Contact us for the current list.
- Unity: unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
Service providers
We use these third-party companies and individuals to help us run the Game, provide it on our behalf, perform Game-related services, or help us analyse how the Game is used. They have access to the information above only to perform these tasks for us and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Your choices
- On Android, delete or reset your advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads).
- On iOS, the Game only reads your IDFA if you allow tracking; you can change this in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- To limit personalised ads on Android, delete your advertising ID or turn off ad personalisation in your Google settings. You will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.
- Where the Game asks for your consent to personalised ads (for example in the EEA or UK), you can refuse; the Game works the same and shows non-personalised ads.
- Uninstalling the Game stops all collection.
5. Device permissions
The Game uses an internet connection for the services above. It uses vibration for optional haptic feedback, which you can turn off in the Game's settings. On iOS, the Game may ask for permission to track (App Tracking Transparency); the Game works the same whether you allow it or not (you see non-personalised ads if you don't). On Android, the Game uses the advertising ID permission so that the services above can read your advertising ID.
6. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us so we can take the necessary action.
7. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. Because we do not keep personal data about you on our own servers, most of these rights are exercised through the choices in section 4, by uninstalling the Game, or through a deletion request (section 8). For data held by our partners, you can contact them directly (section 4), or contact us and we will pass your request on. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Legal bases (EEA/UK): your consent where required for analytics and attribution, and our legitimate interest in running, measuring and improving the Game, showing non-personalised ads (which keep the Game free) and preventing fraud. Personalised ads are shown only with your consent.
8. Request user data deletion
When you install and use Beecom Games mobile applications, we can collect and process some of your data for different legitimate purposes. You will find below explanations regarding the reasons why we may collect data.
Why is data collected?
Beecom Games and its third-party partners collect data:
- to provide you with the services you asked for;
- to run analytics and understand how users interact with our product and services to improve them continuously.
The third-party partners that Beecom Games will share the data with are:
- GameAnalytics
- Facebook Analytics
- Adjust
- Voodoo
- Voodoo's advertising partners (ad networks)
Data deletion requests
To delete user data collected by Beecom Games, please reach out to [email protected] (subject "Voxaboom data deletion"). If you can, include your advertising ID (Android: Settings > Google > Ads) so the data about your device can be found. We confirm by email within 30 days. Game progress is stored only on your device: uninstalling the Game deletes it.
If you also want to request the deletion of the data that may have been collected about you or your device by our third-party partners that are acting as independent data controllers, you will find below the contact for each partner and the link to the relevant section of their privacy policies:

email: none, please refer to the privacy policy
privacy policy: facebook.com/policy.php - Adjust

9. Data retention
Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its storage. Our partners keep the data they collect according to their own policies and delete it on request (section 8).
10. Security
We value your trust in providing us your information, and we use commercially acceptable means of protecting it: the SDKs in the Game send data over encrypted connections (HTTPS). But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
11. International transfers
Our partners may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and the European Union, using safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
12. Links to other sites
The Game may contain links to other sites (for example this policy or our partners' privacy policies). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us, so we strongly advise you to review their privacy policies. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add or change a partner, or before a version of the Game that adds in-app purchases is released, so we advise you to review this page periodically. Changes are effective as soon as they are posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date shows the current version.
