Privacy Policy: Birdie Bonk!
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Beecom Games ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Birdie Bonk! (the "Game"). The Game is provided at no cost. By using the Game you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Summary
- The Game does not need an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or postal address.
- All opponents are computer-controlled. The Game has no online multiplayer and no chat.
- Your game progress is stored only on your device. We do not run servers that receive your game data.
- The Game uses analytics and attribution services (GameAnalytics, Adjust and the Facebook SDK, provided as part of Voodoo's TinySauce SDK) to understand how the Game is played and to measure our ad campaigns. They may collect device and advertising identifiers and usage data. You can switch analytics off in Settings > Analytics.
- The Game may show ads through third-party ad partners. Ads are personalised only with your consent.
- In-app purchases, where offered, are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.
2. Information stored on your device
The Game saves your progress (unlocks, currencies, settings, tutorial state and purchase records) in the Game's private storage on your device. It is not sent to us. Uninstalling the Game, or using Settings > Reset progress, deletes it. The Game has no cloud save, so your progress does not move to a new device.
3. Information collection and use
For a better experience, and to improve the Game, the services listed in section 4 may collect the following information from your device:
- device and advertising identifiers: the Google advertising ID (GAID) or Android app set ID, or on iOS the advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking) and the identifier for vendors (IDFV), and identifiers that these services create for your installation of the Game;
- device and connection information: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, network type, IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
- game play and app events: installs and app opens, session start and length, levels started and finished, tutorial progress, in-game currency earned and spent, and which ad campaign (if any) led to the install;
- diagnostics: errors, crash and performance data.
This information is used to provide and run the Game, to understand how players use it and improve it (for example, which levels are too hard), to measure and optimise our advertising campaigns, to prevent fraud, and to fix errors. We do not sell your personal information.
Log data
Whenever you use the Game and an error occurs, we may collect data and information on your device (through third-party products) called log data. This log data may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the Game, the time and date of your use of the Game, and other statistics.

Service providers
We use these third-party companies and individuals to help us run the Game, provide it on our behalf, perform Game-related services, or help us analyse how the Game is used. They have access to the information above only to perform these tasks for us and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Your choices
- Switch off Settings > Analytics in the Game to stop analytics events from being sent from your device.
- On Android, delete or reset your advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads).
- On iOS, the Game only reads your IDFA if you allow tracking; you can change this in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Uninstalling the Game stops all collection.
5. Advertising
The Game may show optional reward videos that you choose to watch and occasional full-screen ads at natural breaks. When an ad is requested or shown, the ad provider may collect device identifiers, device and connection information (including the approximate location derived from your IP address), ad interaction data (ads requested, shown and clicked, and reward videos completed) and diagnostics of the ad SDK.
This information is used to deliver ads, limit how often you see them, measure them, prevent fraud and, only with your consent, personalise them. You can change your choice in the Game's Settings, reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings, or remove full-screen ads with a "No Ads" purchase where offered. Ad partners process data under their own privacy policies; contact us for the current list.
6. In-app purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive only the confirmation of the product you bought and a transaction receipt, which the Game uses to unlock the item and to restore purchases. We do not receive or store your name, payment card or billing details.
7. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us so we can take the necessary action.
8. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. Because we do not keep personal data about you on our own servers, most of these rights are exercised through the choices in section 4, by uninstalling the Game, or through a deletion request (section 9). For data held by our partners, you can contact them directly (section 4), or contact us and we will pass your request on. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Legal bases (EEA/UK): your consent for personalised advertising and, where required, for analytics and attribution; our legitimate interest in running, measuring and improving the Game and preventing fraud; and the performance of a contract for in-app purchases.
9. Request user data deletion
When you install and use Beecom Games mobile applications, we can collect and process some of your data for different legitimate purposes. You will find below explanations regarding the reasons why we may collect data.
Why is data collected?
Beecom Games and its third-party partners collect data:
- to provide you with the services you asked for;
- to run analytics and understand how users interact with our product and services to improve them continuously.
The third-party partners that Beecom Games will share the data with are:
- GameAnalytics
- Facebook Analytics
- Adjust
- Voodoo
Data deletion requests
To delete user data collected by Beecom Games, please reach out to [email protected] (subject "Birdie Bonk data deletion"). If you can, include your advertising ID (Android: Settings > Google > Ads) so the data about your device can be found. We confirm by email within 30 days. Game progress is stored only on your device: uninstalling the Game deletes it.
If you also want to request the deletion of the data that may have been collected about you or your device by our third-party partners that are acting as independent data controllers, you will find below the contact for each partner and the link to the relevant section of their privacy policies:
- GameAnalytics
email: [email protected]
privacy policy: gameanalytics.com/privacy/#6-changing-or-deleting-your-information - Facebook Analytics
email: none, please refer to the privacy policy
privacy policy: facebook.com/policy.php - Adjust
email: [email protected]
privacy policy: adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy - Voodoo
Voodoo does not collect any of your personal data and only provides an SDK package to retrieve the data collected by the above-mentioned partners. You can still contact them to request the deletion of their access to the partners' interfaces.
email: [email protected]
10. Data retention
Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or reset your progress. Our partners keep the data they collect according to their own policies and delete it on request (section 9).
11. Security
We value your trust in providing us your information, and we use commercially acceptable means of protecting it: the SDKs in the Game send data over encrypted connections (HTTPS). But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
12. International transfers
Our partners may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and the European Union, using safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
13. Links to other sites
The Game may contain links to other sites (for example this policy, our partners' privacy policies, or an ad). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us, so we strongly advise you to review their privacy policies. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add or change a partner, so we advise you to review this page periodically. Changes are effective as soon as they are posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date shows the current version. Significant changes will be announced in the Game or in the store listing.
